What counts as continuous service?
Your subscription must remain continuously active. Apple billing retry and grace periods count as continuous service.
What happens if I cancel?
Voluntary cancellation ends founder pricing. The $9.99 founder monthly plan cannot be repurchased after the founding window.
What if a real billing problem ends the subscription?
A one-time restoration of founder status is available for a genuine billing problem. It is not a recurring cancellation-and-return option.
When does the offer close?
When all 1,200 public seats are claimed or after December 31, 2026, whichever happens first.
What happens after the founder window?
Pilot Pro becomes $179.99 per year for new subscribers. A $99.99-per-year Pilot Standard tier is planned. Founder monthly pricing is retired for new purchases.
What happens to my logbook if I stop subscribing?
Your logbook remains readable and exportable regardless of subscription status. Paid write and synchronization behavior may require an active Pilot subscription.
